📩 How can I contact you?

We aim to respond within 24–48 business hours.

📦 How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number and link. You can use it to follow your shipment all the way to your doorstep.

❌ Can I cancel my order before making payment?

Yes! Simply go to your cart page. From there, you can proceed to checkout or cancel the order. 

Please note: Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may wait for the delivery and then initiate a return for a refund, according to our return policy. 

🏠 How do I change my shipping address?

Your last-used shipping address is saved automatically in your Little Fresh account.
When checking out, the default address will be shown, but you can edit it before placing your order.

Please note: Reach out to us before your order is shipped. We will change the address manually. Once your order is processed for shipping, we cannot change the address.

💳 What payment methods are available?

We currently accept:

  • Major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.)
  • PayPal

⏱️ How long will my order take to arrive?

Most orders are delivered within 2–3 weeks after payment.
However, delivery times can vary based on your location and external factors such as:

  • Weather disruptions
  • High seasonal demand
  • Customs delays (at airport)

If you experience delays, please contact us and we’ll gladly assist in tracking your package.

💰 Can I pay using PayPal without a PayPal account?

Yes! You don’t need a PayPal account to use PayPal.
Just choose PayPal at checkout and select the option to pay with a debit or credit card — no sign-up required.

🧾 How does PayPal payment work?

PayPal is a fast, secure, and easy way to pay online.
During checkout, you’ll be redirected to PayPal’s website to complete your transaction. Simply fill in your details and confirm — it’s that easy!

🔁 Do you offer product exchanges?

Currently, we do not offer exchanges.
We recommend double-checking your order details — especially sizes, colors, and variants — before confirming your purchase.

🕒 When can I open a dispute for an order?

Disputes can be raised within 7 days of delivery, based on the date shown in your tracking information. Please reach out to us by email with your order number and concern.

💸 How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed once your returned item has been received and inspected.
